DESCRIPTION:Uncovering & Healing The Issues In Your Tissues! \nDuring this practice-based intensive\, participants will explore the body’s capacity to receive\, carry and release Samskaras. \nUtilizing the tools of Yoga (posture\, breath\, visualization and sound)\, students will connect with the issues in their tissues\, with the intention of unwinding and ultimately discharging or releasing them.  \nA special Saturday evening program will include a practice for connecting to lineage-based Samskaras or the “Issues In Our Family’s Tissues.” \nThis practice intensive is open to all students and teachers who have a desire to explore the foundational purpose of the practices of Yoga.

DESCRIPTION:Jeff Masters is excited to be offering a six-week series at the Yoga Experience in Flagstaff focused on: Sharpening Awareness\, Increasing Vitality and Creating Sacred Moments (on and off the mat). \nDuring this experiential offering\, students will explore Progressive Radiance Practices which link Embodied Movement (asana) with Active Meditation (dharana) and Deep Breath Work Techniques (pranayama).\n\nEach week’s practice will build on the prior week’s study\, therefore attendance of all sessions is strongly encouraged.\n\nThis series is open to all levels of experience so\, please join us and cultivate not only a Radiant Practice\, but also a Radiant Life!\n\n\n\nThis series begins Thursday\, August 2nd and completes Thursday\, September 6th.
