This one day play shop is a fast paced, information packed afternoon of movement based learning.
Not only will this class engage your mind, but it will also stimulate your body (meaning each concept will be reenforced by experiential exercises).
This course is open to Yoga Teachers and Therapists who would like to expand their “vocabulary” of postural and functional assessment skills as it pertains to Yoga.
