Samskaric Archeology & Alchemy: A Practice Intensive

Uncovering & Healing The Issues In Your Tissues!

During this practice-based intensive, participants will explore the body’s capacity to receive, carry and release Samskaras.

Utilizing the tools of Yoga (posture, breath, visualization and sound), students will connect with the issues in their tissues, with the intention of unwinding and ultimately discharging or releasing them.

A special Saturday evening program will include a practice for connecting to lineage-based Samskaras or the “Issues In Our Family’s Tissues.”

This practice intensive is open to all students and teachers who have a desire to explore the foundational purpose of the practices of Yoga.
