The Sacred Language of Yoga: A Sanskrit Primer

Sanskrit is a sacred and powerful language. It is said to be the underlying source of the vibration of the Universe.
During this class we will explore the history of the Sanskrit language, learn the basic alphabet, and how to easily tie it into the physical practice of Yoga.
